KUTSE VÕISTLUSELE

Soome Reservispordi liidu riiklik sügisene rännak, Rauma-jotos 22.-24. 9. 2017 Rauma -linnas. Rauma-jotos on rahvusvaheliselt avalik maastikurännakuna läbiviidav skautioskuste võistlus.
Rännakutsentrum
Ürituse tsentrum paikneb Rauma linna rahvaülikooli ruumides Aittakarinkatu 10, Rauma 26100 (varem Lyseo -kool). Rännak järgib Reservispordiliidu määrustikku. Kuna rännak harjutab sõdurioskusi võivad soome reservväelased saada selle eest kordusõppepäevi.
Kategooriad
Rännakul on kaks kategooriat, sõdurid ja tsiviilid. Mõlemates kategooriates võistkondades on 3-4 isikut. Erilise põhjuse korral on võimalik osaleda kahe voi viie isiku patrullina. Mõlemad kategooriad on lahtised kõigile, reservi organisatsiooni liikmeks olemine või ajateenistuse läbimine ei ole oluline.
Sõduripatrulli kategooria marsruut on umbes 67 km: reede -õhtul umbes 10 km, laupäeval umbes 35 km, lisasilmus umbes 6-7 km ja pühapäeval umbes 6-7 km. Tsiviilpatrulli marsruut on umbes 47 km: laupäeval umbes 35 km, pühapäeval umbes 12 km.
Registreerimine
Registreerimine Rauma -rännakule toimub "Rauman Reserviläiset ry" interneti lehekülje abil enne 10. juulit ja pärast selle veel 10. septembrini (kõrgem maks) 2017: https://www.raumanreservilaiset.fi / ilmoittautuminen.
Igaühel võistkonna liikmel on kohustus registreeruda isiklikult ja ilmutada: patrulli nimi ja kodukoht, patrulli juhi nimi, kategooria (sõdur voi tsiviil), toidu-alergia ja sünniaeg.
Osavõtu maks
Osavõtu maks on kuni 15. juulini 95 eurot /patrull. Pärast selle maks on 150 eurot kuni 15. septembrini. Konto number: FI48 1776 3000 0101 85.
Osavõtumaks sisaldab Rauma-rännaku 2017 mälestusmedali ja sooja sööki pühapäeval 24.9. Rännakutsentrumis rahvaülikooli ruumides (start ja finiš) on kohapeal pesemise võimalus (dušširuum ja riieteruum).
Üksiku isuku osavõtu maks on 50 eurot kuni 15. juulini ja pärast selle 65 eurot. Organiseeria koondab üksikutest isikutest 3-5 liikmelise patrulli.
Kindlustus
Maanpuolustuskoulutusyhdistys on kindlustanud võistlejad omalt poolt. Kindlustus on kehtiv ainult võistluse käigul. Kindlustus ei kompenseeri isikliku rõivastust või muud varustust. Võistlejad peavad ise muretsema endale kindlustuse kohapeale ja tagasi koju.
Majutamine
Osavõtjad võivad oma soovi korral ööbida kohapeal, võimlemise saali põrandal (madratseid ei ole).
Best Western Hotel Raumanlinna pakub: Ühe isiku tuba 82 eurot/öö, kahe isiku tuba 95 eurot/öö ja kolme isiku tuba 110 eurot/öö, sealjuures lisavoodi on diivan. Teretulemast
Rauma -rännak tähistab Suome vabariiki 100 aasta juubelit ja linna 575 aastapäeva. Sammuti rännak tähistab ka 30 aastat tagasi 2.-4.10.1987 läbiviitud Tasala Wilku -rännaku tähtsat kohustust. Sellel ajal oli tähtis riigikaitseoskuste lisaks säilitada ka kohaliku pärandit. Nüüdsel ajal on olemas ikka sama kohustus. Tahame maantada osaliselt militaarsemaks muutunud rännäku kodulinna südamesse, vanasse Raumasse, tema turule ja põiktanavatele sega mere äärde. Nendes kohtades on linna rahval võimalik jälgida võistlust. Se annab võimaluse tuua vabatahtlik riigikaitse osaks seda
ühiskonda mita tema nii tingimatult kaitseb. Rännaku enbleem on ilma tekstita sama kui 30 aastat tagasi. Sellega tahame lugupidada pärandist. Selle aegsete reservistide ja embleemi meremeeste kombel peame tüürirattast võimsalt kinni ja vaatame lootusrikalt tulevikku.

Invitation to competition

The national autumn jotos of the Finnish Reservists' Sports Association, the Rauma-jotos is organised 22nd-24th September 2017 in Rauma.
Rauma-jotos on is a marching, orienteering and military skills competition open for all Finnish Citizens and for the invited foreign teams.
Competition centre
The event coordination is located at the facilities of Rauma Community College at Aittakarinkatu 10 Rauma 26100. The competition is organised according to the jotos rules published by the Finnish Reservists' Sports Association. For Finnish reservists, the event is counted into the refresher training day count.
Series
The jotos has two series: military series and hiking series. In both series, the competitors enter as patrols of 3-4 persons. For a special reason, also two and five member patrols are accepted. Both series are open, and the competitors are not required to be members of reservists' associations nor to have completed conscription.
The route for the military series is approximately 67 km:

• Friday evening: roughly 10 km
• Saturday: roughly 41 km
• Sunday roughly 6 km.
  

The hike series has a route of circa 47 km: Saturday 35 km, Sunday 12 km
In both series, the main weight in point calculation is given to rifle marksmanship and to the success in solving different tasks requiring basic infantry skills.
Enrollment
Registering as competitors takes place via the web page of Rauma-jotos via the web site of Rauman Reserviläiset ry (Reservists' Association of Rauma) by 10th July and late registering by 10th August 2017 at: https://www.raumanreservilaiset.fi/ilmoittautuminen
Each competitor shall register personally and give the following information:

• Name and domicile of the patrol
• Leader of the patrol
• Series (military or hiking)
• Date of birth
  

Fees
The competition fee is 95 euros per patrol, which shall be paid on the organisers' account by 15th July. The late registering fee (including the competition fee) is 150 euros, which shall be paid by 15th August. Account number: FI48 1776 3000 0101 85
The fee includes

• the commemorative medal of Rauma jotos 2017
• meal on 24th September at the competition centre
• possibilities for showering at the competition centre (at the finish of competition)
  

Persons unable to form a patrol may register as individuals, at a fee of 50 euros, if registering late, at 65 euros. The organisers will form the individual competitors into patrols of 3-5 persons.
Insurance
Finnish National Defence Training Association has insured the competitors. The insurance is in force during the competition, but it does not cover any accidental loss of damage to the personal equipment that may take place during the competition. The participants are responsible for arranging insurance for their travel to and from the competition centre.
Accomodation
During the competition, the competitors lodge in the terrain with their own equipment that they must carry with them throughout the competition. The competitors of the hiking series may, if willing, sleep the night before start at the gym of the competition centre, with their own equipment. For other accommodation, Best Western Hotel Raumanlinna is offering: single rooom 82 €/night, double room 95 €/night and triple room (with the third bed in a converted sofa) 110 €/night. Welcome!
Rauma-jotos is celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Finnish independence, and the 575th anniversary of the city of Rauma. It also continues the tradition of the national jotos competition, which last took place in Rauma in 1987. At that time, we wanted to preserve not only military skills, but also the local traditions. Today, the jotos is clearly more military in nature, but it takes the competitors not only through forests, but also to the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Old Rauma, and through the shores of the beautiful Rauma archipelago. Especially on the military skills tests
located in the city centre on Sunday, the public will have the chance to follow the competition. Thus, the competition brings national defence into the society which it defends.
The logo of the competition is, only with changed text, the same as 30 years ago. Even thus, we maintain the tradition. Like the reservists during the cold war, and the sailors of Rauma of old, we keep a steady course, and look hopefully towards the future.
